Are you ready to take your team's communication and collaboration skills to the next level? Join our dynamic Communication and Team Building Workshop to unleash the full creative potential of your employees and foster a cohesive, high-performing team.

During this engaging workshop, which can be tailored to a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours including lunch break) session, your team will embark on a fun-filled and enriching journey of self-discovery, interactive exercises, and hands-on activities. Led by our experienced theatre facilitators, Jonny and Chiara, this workshop is designed to strengthen bonds, boost problem-solving abilities, and enhance overall teamwork dynamics.

The workshop kicks off with an energetic introduction to “The Five Pillars” of effective teamwork: Building Trust, Resolving Conflicts, Increasing Commitment, Being Accountable, and Achieving Results. These pillars form the foundation for the day's activities and learning objectives.

Through a series of carefully curated drama exercises, participants will engage in activities that build trust, improve listening skills, and promote adaptability in a playful way. They will tackle real-life scenarios in roleplay exercises, working collaboratively in groups to solve challenges and present their innovative solutions.

Creativity and imagination will come to life as participants delve into puppetry, constructing their own puppets and devising captivating short stories. This activity not only enhances communication skills but also emphasizes the importance of pushing the boundaries of comfort zones within the team.

Throughout the day, there will be moments of reflection and group discussions, allowing participants to reflect, share their experiences, and reinforce the values of “The Five Pillars” of teamwork. Jonny and Chiara will facilitate these discussions, offering valuable feedback and resolutions.
